Jenise Ogle Mpa

Jenise Ogle, MPA has a extensive background in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Jenise currently serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at Resolution Agency, where they launched the agency's DEI framework and strategized plans to advance DEI principles. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Diversity, Inclusion & Multicultural Impact at Odyssey Impact, where they developed and implemented the annual DEI strategic plan. Jenise also worked as the Head of Diversity and Inclusion & Impact and Data Strategist at Odyssey Impact, where they provided guidance on hiring practices and internal policies. Additionally, Jenise has experience in social impact and research, having worked as a Consultant at Viacom and conducted independent studies for organizations such as UNICEF/CARE and Bonsucro. Jenise holds a degree in Public Administration and has a strong commitment to addressing social issues and promoting diversity and inclusion.

Jenise Ogle, MPA, holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Columbia University, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019. During their studies at Columbia, they specialized in Technology, Media, and Communications as well as Gender and Public Policy within the field of Human Rights. Prior to their MPA, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) at Harvard University from 2009 to 2013, majoring in Social Studies and Studies of Women, Gender, and Sexuality. In 2011, Jenise participated in the SIT Study Abroad program in the Netherlands, focusing on International Perspectives on Gender and Sexuality.

In addition to their formal education, Jenise has also pursued various certifications. Jenise obtained the "Excel 2021 Essential Training (Office 2021/LTSC)" certification from LinkedIn in February 2023, along with the "Excel Formulas and Functions Quick Tips" and "Excel Quick Tips" certifications. Furthermore, they hold an "Inclusive and Ethical Leadership Certificate" from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, obtained in December 2021. Jenise also completed the "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certificate | Level 2" from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in July 2021, followed by the "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate" from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021. Lastly, they earned the "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certificate | Level 1" from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in May 2021.
