Elisa Pedrozo has a diverse work experience in the gaming and mobile development fields. In 2021, they began working as a Game Developer for Resolution Games. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Game Developer for Wildlife Studios, where they developed game features from alpha through to launch and maintenance, and led one of the three squads responsible for maintaining and developing new features for the game. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Mobile Developer for Studio Sol, where they developed apps for Android and iOS, and developed both Android and iOS Russia Ticket Scanner apps from scoping requirements through launch. In 2014, they worked as a Researcher for Goldsmiths, University of London, where they successfully integrated the Gesture Variation Follower library with Unity in Windows. In 2013, they worked as a Researcher for CAPES - Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior, where they programmed a ROOMBA robot to autonomously avoid collisions with ROS. Finally, from 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Communications Manager and Scrum Developer for UFMG Informática Jr.

Elisa Pedrozo attended Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in Computer Science. In 2014, they also attended Goldsmiths, University of London for Computer Science. No additional certifications have been reported.
