Judith Masinde has extensive experience in the insurance sector, primarily serving as an Underwriting Executive at Resolution Health EA Ltd since October 2015 and holding an underwriting role at Resolution Insurance Company since October 2013. Responsibilities include managing process automation for renewal invites, developing Covid-19 contracts for various clients, and monitoring client engagement through SMS renewal invites. Judith has also played a vital role in data management and client query resolution. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Business Management from International Leadership University, a Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance from the College of Insurance, a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from Nairobi Institute of Business Studies, and a First Aid at Work training certificate from Eco Health Company Limited.
