Jason Richards

Jason Richards is an Attorney serving as the Lead Director at Resolution Legal Group since December 2015. Prior to that, Jason worked at Debee Gilchrist Attorneys & Counselors from January 2011 to November 2015. Jason specializes in tax and business planning, operational counsel, tax compliance, acquisitions, and transactions, as well as the structure, formation, and continuing compliance of Non-profit Organizations. Jason earned their Juris Doctorate, cum laude, in Law from Southern Methodist University in 2010 and a Masters in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma in 2006.
