Layla Milligan

Layla Milligan is an experienced attorney currently serving as an Assistant Attorney General at the Texas Attorney General's office since May 2020. Prior to this role, Milligan held various positions at the Office of the Chapter 13 Trustee, starting as a Staff Attorney from 2005 to 2012, and later advancing to Controller/Attorney from September 2013 to April 2020. Milligan’s legal career includes stints as an attorney at The Payne Law Firm, PLLC, Chamberlain McHaney, The Meyerson Law Firm, P.C., and Malinoff & Baksi, P.C.
