Andres Gil

Andres Gil has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, capital management, and financial reporting. Andres served as the Head of FPA and Capital Strategy at Resolution Life starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held leadership roles at AIG, including VP and Head of L&R Capital Management, Senior Director in the Legacy CFO Group, Director of FP&A, and Manager of Financial Reporting. Andres also worked at Sun Life Financial as a Sr. Manager in Accounting/FP&A, Sr. Accountant/Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst, where they excelled in balance sheet controls, financial statement preparation, and database reconciliation.

Andres Gil completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from Fitchburg State University in 2004. Andres then obtained an MBA in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business in 2010. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Massachusetts Board of Accountancy and FLMI from LOMA.
