Dan Duffy started their career at Travelers in 1986, where they held the position of Director handling Change Management, Process Improvement, Compliance, Project Management, and Operations. DAN later moved to MetLife Auto & Home in 1999, working as the Director of Product Services overseeing Integrations, Project Management, and Compliance. In 2002, they became the Director of Operations at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, managing Process Improvement, Customer Experience, and Employee Engagement. Dan then transitioned to OptumHealth (UHG) from 2011 to 2012 as the Vice President of Operations, leading Integration, Program Management, and Project Management. Afterwards, they joined Medica in 2013 as a Sr. Consultant managing a Contact and Call Center assessment. Subsequently, at UCare, they served as Program Manager for Safenet Consulting. DAN then moved to Voya Financial where they served as Vice President of Annuity & Life Operations until 2021. Currently, Dan is working at Resolution Life US as the Head of Life and Annuity Operations, overseeing various operational aspects and focusing on digital transformation and new business process automation.
Dan Duffy holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance, General from St. Cloud State University. DAN also obtained an MBA in Strategic Management & Operations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Additionally, Dan has completed certifications in 6 Sigma Champion Training, Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, Principles and Tools of Continuous Improvement, and Yellow Belt.
