Susan Tsatsimas

Susan Tsatsimas currently serves as the Head of Enablement & Transformation at Resolution Life, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Susan worked as the Senior Manager of Operations & Capability at AIA Australia from April 2021 to July 2023. Susan's extensive career began at CommInsure, where roles spanned from Team Manager to Executive Manager Administration over a period of 21 years. Susan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Property Economics from the University of Western Sydney, a Real Estate Diploma from UWS Hawkesbury, a Green Belt Certification from SA Partners, and is a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
