Esther Kitto

Esther Kitto has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Esther most recently served as the VP of Clinical Operations at Resolution Therapeutics, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Gyroscope Therapeutics, where they held the position of Executive Director of Clinical Operations from January 2022 to April 2023, and before that, as the Director of Clinical Operations from January 2019 to December 2021. Esther also worked at PsiOxus Therapeutics Ltd as an Interim Clinical Development Consultant from April 2018 to October 2018. Esther held the role of Senior Director of Clinical Operations at ReNeuron Group Plc from April 2016 to March 2018, and as the Head of Clinical Operations from August 2014 to April 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Director at BCRS Limited from July 2002 to March 2016. Esther began their career at GSK, where they held various roles including Global Resourcing Head from 1998 to 2002, Clinical Outsourcing Manager from 1996 to 1998, and Senior Clinical Research Scientist from 1993 to 1996. Esther started their career as a Clinical Research Associate at Innovex from 1991 to 1993.

Esther Kitto obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Pharmacology from The University of Manchester. Esther also holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Information Systems from the University of Portsmouth. In 2016-2017, Esther attended Henley Business School and completed the Executive Programme - The Leadership Programme. Additionally, in January 2018, they obtained a certification in Body Language for Leaders from LinkedIn.
