Kim R. has over 15 years of work experience. Kim began their career in 2005 as an Eerste Monteur Bedrijfsinstallaties at Imtech Projects. In 2007, they moved to Wepro Ingenieursbureau, where they worked as a Servicedesk Engineer. In 2008, they became an Urban Lightning Engineer at Wepro Ingenieursbureau. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at HD Holland Digitaal B.V. as Director Technical Services, at BD Kiestra as an International Field Service Engineer, and at Luminex Corporation as an International Field Service Engineer. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Rapid Micro Biosystems, first as Global Customer Support Supervisor and then as Field Service Engineer Europe. In 2020, they moved to MGI, where they worked as Field Service Manager EUAF and Field Service BeNeLux. Finally, Kim R. is currently Global Head of Field Service at Resolve Biosciences, a position they have held since 2022.
Kim R. graduated from KDC with a Higher Education degree in 2000. Kim then attended Drenthe College from 2000 to 2004, where they earned an Engineer's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering. Finally, Kim R. graduated from Saxion University of Applied Sciences in 2012 with a Bachelor's degree in Technical Business Management.
