Randy Moreau

Randy Moreau, CPA, MBA, CGMA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Resolve Marine, having joined in June 2023. Prior to this role, Randy held the position of Consulting Associate - Interim CFO at StevenDouglas, where responsibilities included serving as interim CFO for Resolve Marine Group. Previously, Randy was Chief Accounting Officer at Kelley Kronenberg and spent several years as a consulting associate at Steven Douglas Associates. Significant prior experience includes strategic financial leadership at Bilzin Sumberg as CFO and overseeing regional financial operations for Burson-Marsteller in Latin America. Additionally, Randy contributed as an adjunct professor at the University of Florida, teaching a specialized online business finance course. Educational credentials include an MBA in International Business and a Masters of Accountancy in Corporate Reporting from the University of Miami, along with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of North Dakota.
