Jack Arazi

Jack Arazi has extensive work experience in the field of technical sales engineering and professional services. Jack is currently employed at Resolve Systems as a Sr. Technical Sales Engineer since June 2021. Prior to this, Jack worked at Ayehu Software Technologies Ltd. as a Sr. Professional Services and Sales Engineer from December 2019 to June 2021, where they provided pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and feedback for product improvements.

Before joining Ayehu, Jack worked at Continuity Software from October 2016 to December 2019 as a Sr. Professional Services Engineer and Support. In this role, they provided pre-sales and post-sales services, acted as a technical account lead, and worked directly with development for troubleshooting and customization.

Prior to that, Jack worked as a Sr. Support & Research Engineer at CodeFuel by Perion Network from October 2015 to September 2016. Jack also has experience as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from December 2011 to September 2015, where they provided support for enterprise customers and managed the lab's test environment.

Jack's earlier experience includes roles such as Co-Founder/IT at GMA Brasil from February 2008 to April 2011, Network Administrator at Jewish Federation of the State of Sao Paulo from April 2003 to December 2007, Operations at Intelig Telecomunicações Ltda from April 2002 to September 2002, and Network Administrator at Superior Produtos para Comunicação Ltda from September 2000 to December 2001.

Jack Arazi attended the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree. Their field of study included Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, Robotics, PLC, and Programming. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications from Ayehu Software Technologies Ltd. in December 2019. These certifications include Ayehu Certified IT Automation Developer and Ayehu NG Advanced - WorkFlow Designer.
