Matthew Rose

Matthew Rose has a long history of working in the engineering and design field. Matthew began their professional career in 1999 as a Drafter/Designer and Contractor's Apprentice at C. J. Rose & Son. In 2008, they moved on to X-Pat as a 3D Animator/Graphic Designer. In 2009, they joined Peerless-AV as a Design Engineer, where they were responsible for designing new products and resolving engineering design and operation issues. Matthew also trained teams in IP testing standards, integrated touch interface technologies, and led the design for the market’s first amplified outdoor soundbar with IP66 ingress protection. In 2022, they moved to Resonado Labs as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer.

Matthew Rose attended Westwood College from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a B.A. in Animation and Design. Prior to that, they attended Northern Illinois University from 2003 to 2005, studying Mechanical Engineering.
