Avi Kauffmann

Avi Kauffmann has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Avi began their career in the Israel Defense Forces, where they served as an Infantry Commander from 2010 to 2013.

After their military service, Avi worked at Qualitest as a Quality Engineer and Search Language Specialist. Avi was a contractor at Google, where they improved localization and usability testing performance by building internal automation tools. Avi also performed linguistic and functional testing of localized software applications and websites, ensuring consistent messaging and proper functionality.

In 2016, Avi joined Via as a QA Engineer. Avi significantly reduced software testing times through Python and bash scripting on Jenkins jobs. Avi also served as the Integration Lead for key projects, collaborating with various internal teams to ensure a smooth launch. Their responsibilities included documenting internal testing and development practices, troubleshooting, and analyzing logs for behavioral discrepancies.

Currently, Avi is working at Resonai as a Quality Assurance Lead. Avi has established the entire quality assurance layer for the CI/CD from scratch. Avi oversees manual feature validation, regression templates creation, and leads the automation infrastructure. Avi also conducts remote testing sessions on sites abroad by hiring contractors and providing them with instructions.

Avi Kauffmann earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Bar-Ilan University between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate in Android Development from John Bryce in 2013-2014.
