Odellia C.

Odellia C. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and organizational consulting. Odellia has served as the VP of Human Resources at Resonai, a spatial computing company, since 2014. Prior to that, they held the same role at VisionMap from 2012 to 2014. In 2009, they became an independent consultant specializing in career development, recruitment processes, and firm innovation. Before that, they were the General Manager for Executive Search, where they recruited and managed a team of professionals. In 2000, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Cardonet, a start-up company. Odellia began their career as an organizational consultant in the Israel Defense Forces, where they led various consulting processes for several years.

Odellia C. has a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Bar-Ilan University, which was completed from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained an MSc. in Organizational Behavior from Tel Aviv University from 1993 to 1996. Odellia'seducational journey began with a B.A. in Political Sciences-Labor studies, also from Tel Aviv University, which they obtained from 1990 to 1993.
