Kat Cooley

Chief Of Party at Resonance

Kat Cooley is an accomplished professional in international development with extensive experience in managing economic growth projects and agricultural value chains. Currently serving as Chief of Party at Resonance since February 2022, Cooley previously held the position of Senior Technical Advisor at Palladium: Make It Possible from June 2016 to February 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing international development investments and leading business development efforts that secured over $110 million in contracts. Prior roles include Program Manager for Economic Growth in Asia and Value Chain Assessment Specialist at DAI, where Cooley contributed significantly to the USAID-funded Lebanon Industrial Value Chain Development program. Additional experience includes research and analysis at KLD Research and Analytics and Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship, along with early career development as a fellow at StartingBloc. Cooley holds a Master of Arts in International Economics and Development Finance from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from Middlebury College.
