Olga Schetinina

Olga Schetinina is an experienced evaluation expert with a strong background in assessing various programs and interventions across multiple sectors. Currently affiliated with Resonance and ME&A, Inc. since October 2021, Olga specializes in evaluations related to U.S. initiatives. Previously, as a Senior Expert at IOD PARC, Olga evaluated the UNICEF Program focused on protecting children affected by migration and led field data collection for projects in Eastern Ukraine. Olga's career includes significant roles as an independent evaluation consultant for organizations such as the Ukrainian Red Cross Society and Caritas Ukraine, contributing to various humanitarian and cultural initiatives. Active in the Ukrainian Evaluation Association, Olga served as Head from July 2015 to July 2017, where efforts were made to enhance evaluation capacity within the country. Olga also provided valuable insights as a member of the UNDP International Evaluation Advisory Panel, advising on global evaluation policies.
