Paul Hoover

Paul Hoover currently serves as the Business Lead for Advanced Apertures at Resonant Sciences LLC since April 2023. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Senior Program Manager at Ball Aerospace from April 2019 to April 2023. Between 2000 and April 2019, Paul was the Vice President of Engineering at L-3 Communications. Earlier career experience includes serving as Engineering Manager at CONDOR SYSTEMS (now EDO/RSS) from 1995 to 1999, as well as at ESL/TRW from 1992 to 1996. Paul began a career in engineering as a Research Engineer at Lockheed Missiles and Space from 1989 to 1992. Academically, Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University.
