Barbara Harlow

Barbara Harlow has a strong background in administration and project management. Barbara started their career at Qualcomm in 1996 as a Project Administrator, where they worked until 2003. Barbara then joined Kyocera Wireless as a Project Administrator Manager, a position they held until 2009. From 2013 to the present, Barbara has been at Resonant Inc. where they have held roles as a Sr. Administrative Office Manager and later as the Director of Administration.

Barbara Harlow earned a Certificate in Paralegal from UC San Diego Extension in 2011. Barbara also holds a BA in Business from Metro State University and an AAS in Legal Assisting from Sinclair College, although the specific years of completion for these degrees are not provided.
