With a strong background in billing, financial counseling, collections, and administrative tasks, Kathy has a thorough understanding of Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance regulations. Kathy holds an Associate of Applied Science in Health Information Technology and Medical Assisting, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from Davenport University.
