Lesleigh Smith is an experienced audiologist and healthcare professional with a strong background in customer retention and virtual care management. Currently serving as Customer Retention Manager at Resonate Health since August 2025, Lesleigh has previously held significant leadership roles such as Head of Audiology and Virtual Care Manager at Triton Hearing from March 2021 to August 2025, and Cluster Manager Northland at Bay Audiology from February 2019 to March 2021.
