Currently serving as Customer Retention Manager at Resonate Health since August 2025, Lesleigh has previously held significant leadership roles such as Head of Audiology and Virtual Care Manager at Triton Hearing from March 2021 to August 2025, and Cluster Manager Northland at Bay Audiology from February 2019 to March 2021. An established audiologist since 2001, Lesleigh's comprehensive experience includes positions at various organizations, including HearingCare Group and Phonak NZ. Lesleigh holds an MSc in Audiology and a BSc in Neuroscience from Dalhousie University, completed between 1994 and 2001.
