Justin Drish

Justin Drish has a diverse work experience, starting as a Laser Technician VI at 3M in 1997. Justin operated and maintained Excimer lasers and served on various teams such as the Process Improvement Team. Justin then worked as a Staff Engineering Technician at Aradigm Corporation, providing technical guidance and support for the development of laser processes. Justin continued this role as a Consultant at Novo Nordisk A/S. Justin then joined Accellent as a Laser Process Engineer, where they developed laser welding and cutting processes for medical device components and launched multiple welded assemblies. Justin moved on to Integer Holdings Corp. as a Laser Process Engineer for New Product Introduction, and then to Caribou Technologies as a Laser Process Engineer. Justin worked closely with customers on design of manufacturability and developed laser processes for welding, cutting, marking, and ablation. Their most recent position is Principal Application Development Engineer at Resonetics, where they work closely with customers, provides quotations, and develops laser processes for various applications.

From 1995 to 1997, Justin Drish attended Indian Hills Community College, where they obtained an AA degree in Laser Electro/Optics.
