Kristi Olson

Kristi Olson has extensive work experience in operations and leadership roles. Kristi is currently the Director of Operations at Resonetics. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Standard Iron & Wire Works from 2020 to 2023. From 2014 to 2020, they held various roles at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, including Manufacturing Excellence Director and Director of Operations. Kristi also served as the Vice President of Operations at Sil-Pro, LLC from 2014 to 2019. Before that, they held positions at Landscape Structures, starting as a Human Resources Generalist in 2000 and later becoming the Production Manager from 2005 to 2012. Kristi began their career as a Human Resources Leader at Seneca Foods Corporation from 1995 to 2000. Throughout their career, Kristi has demonstrated expertise in operations management, leadership development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Kristi Olson attended Minnesota State University, Mankato from 1991 to 1995. Kristi obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
