Rebecca Burke has extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and control, with a focus on driving revenue and enhancing business transparency. Rebecca has held various leadership roles in notable companies such as Resonetics, Covetrus, ConforMIS, Inc., Insulet Corporation, Virtual Access Networks, Vasca, Inc, and UroMed. Throughout their career, they have successfully managed private equity financings, prepared SEC filings, and played a vital role in IPOs and secondary public offerings. Rebecca has also been responsible for overseeing financial and accounting infrastructure, conducting complex accounting research, and leading cross-functional teams.
