Federico Leuze

Federico Leuze is an accomplished AI researcher and developer currently serving as a Guest AI Researcher at the National Institute of Informatics, focusing on neuro-symbolic techniques for Large Language Models. Additionally, Federico holds the position of AI Developer at RESONIKS, bridging the gap between AI research and development. As a MIMIR Fellow since May 2023, Federico contributes to enhancing tech transfer in the Nordics through student leadership. Previous roles include co-founder of Meedle and a Machine Learning Engineer at SUPPLYZ, where Federico developed sound-related ML algorithms and improved performance using Rust. Early career experiences include positions as a Back End Developer at Yolawo, Full Stack Developer at Bio-Me, and Frontend Developer at sMOTIVE GmbH. Federico's academic background includes a Master's degree in Speech and Language Technology from Aalto University and Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science from the University of Tübingen and an exchange program at the University of Oslo.
