Marylin Robinson (Lin)

Marylin (Lin) Robinson has extensive experience in the retirement community sector, currently serving on the management team at Resort Lifestyle Communities since May 2017. Previously, Marylin held the position of Community Manager at Holiday Retirement from August 2012 to February 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, budgeting, employee management, lease negotiations, and enhancing community growth. As Lead Manager at Holiday Retirement, Marylin was recognized with the Touch of Excellence Award for outstanding contributions, successfully increasing census from 78% to 100% and achieving the lowest accounts receivables percentage in the region, alongside orchestrating large community events. Academically, Marylin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Towson University.
