Ray Wang

Ray Wang started as a Student Trainee at Taiyuan Tourism University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages. Ray then progressed to become a Butler, providing exceptional service to Palace Guests on various cruise ships. Eventually, Ray advanced to the role of Assistant Palace Manager, assisting in planning upcoming cruises and stepping in when needed. Currently, Ray holds the position of The Palace Manager at Resorts World Cruises, overseeing daily operations, revenue monitoring, and cost control of The Palace's exclusive suites and facilities.
