Angelina Paez is a seasoned professional in workforce management, currently serving as the Director of Workforce Management at Resorts World Las Vegas since December 2024. Previously, Angelina held the position of Manager Workforce Management at Turning Stone Enterprises and at MGM Resorts International, where responsibilities included developing and implementing operational initiatives and collaborating with department leaders to optimize staffing and scheduling. Angelina’s experience also encompasses roles as Operations Auditor/Travel Consultant at F&G Hospitality Consulting and Workforce Specialist at ARIA Resort & Casino, where diverse tasks included data analysis, training, and workforce planning across various prestigious hotel brands. Angelina Paez holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
