Robert Napierala

Robert Napierala is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Resorts World Las Vegas since March 2020, Robert previously held several key positions at MGM Resorts International, including Vice President of Human Resources for Mandalay Bay and Delano Las Vegas, as well as Circus Circus Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. With a strong background in employee relations, labor relations, recruitment, and compliance, Robert has successfully developed HR strategies that align with organizational objectives while supporting a diverse workforce of over 7,000 employees. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Buffalo State University.
