Andreea Lupu has extensive experience in customer support and community management, currently serving as Head of Customer Support and Community Management at resOS since July 2021. Previously, Andreea held various positions, including Head of Customer Service, Community Manager, and Customer Support Representative at the same organization. Experience also includes working as a Sales Assistant at New Yorker and ZARA HOME, as well as a Digital Marketing Intern at Winther Møller Operations and a Social Media Intern at 2030 Builders. Andreea is pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Leadership at Roskilde University, having previously earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Sales and Marketing from Copenhagen Business Academy.
