Help us in shaping young minds and creating unforgettable learning experiences for campers by serving as an on-call Substitute Teacher to lead and deliver a dynamic STEAM curriculum, collaborating with staff counselors to create exciting, interactive experiences for campers. This role is perfect for an educator with strong classroom management skills. The substitute may also support RAFT Administrators with program operations.
This is a temporary position with the opportunity to work 37.5 to 40 hours per week, depending on the camp site. This role comes with a competitive hourly pay range of $50.00 per hour.

Provide supervisory support for 1-2 Teaching Assistants assigned to assist with learning activities.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills:
Genuine interest in working with young children in a K-5 education setting.
Availability to commit to at least one week, five days a week.
Ability to quickly learn and facilitate new materials.
Creative, patient, and positive demeanor.
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
