Pauline Carpenter

Pauline Carpenter has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Pauline began their career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Staffing Pool in 1996 and worked there until 2004. From 2004 to 2009, Pauline served as an Intake/Program Manager at The Eblen-Kimmel Charitable Group. Pauline then moved on to Resource Corporation of America, where they worked as a Patient Support Representative from 2010 to 2011 and later became an Assistant Director of Operations from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, Pauline was promoted to the position of Director of Operations at the same company. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Aaron's, Inc as a CAA, where they are currently employed.

Pauline Carpenter has a diverse education history. From 1997 to 2006, they attended Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Human Services, General. In 2010 to 2013, Pauline pursued their education at Strayer University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

Similarly, in 2017 to 2018, Pauline attended United Way Henderson County for the Rising Leaders program, which enhanced their skills in leadership and board service.

Lastly, Pauline has also completed a Certified Nurses Assistant / Medication Tech program at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College, although specific start and end years for this certification are not provided.
