Anthony Osei

Anthony (Tony) Osei, EIT, MBA, is an experienced civil engineer currently working at Resource Environmental Solutions LLC since December 2017, specializing in floodway/floodplain studies, dam analysis, and hydrology and hydraulics for bridges and culverts. Prior to this role, Tony served as a Transportation Design Engineer at the Maryland State Highway Administration from February 2008 to May 2016, where responsibilities included project and contract management, and advanced 2-D hydraulics modeling. Tony's earlier experience includes a position as Transportation Engineer II at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, focusing on quality assurance for hydrologic and hydraulic studies. Tony holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, with a concentration in Social Enterprise & Finance and Corporate Risk Management.
