Paul Yankey

Paul Yankey has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as Chief Advancement Officer at Resource Exchange International, a non-profit organization focused on sharing expertise in developing countries. Paul later founded and chaired SWL Advisors and Foundation, where they drew from their experience at technology companies like Salesforce, Dell, and Cisco to help ignite the success of heart-empowered individuals and organizations.

In addition, Paul worked as an Instructor of Marketing at UCCS College of Business, teaching ethical marketing and sales and speaking globally on mindset in business and sales success. Paul also held positions at Fast, where they established strategic relationships for Fast's checkout solutions, and at Salesforce, where they sold the full suite of Salesforce solutions to enterprises worldwide.

Before that, Paul worked for Polycom as part of the global enterprise sales team, handling major clients such as PepsiCo and McAfee. Paul also played a key role at Dell Technologies as the Director of Corporate Sales, leading a high-performing sales team and overseeing $500M in annual revenues.

Paul's earlier experience includes serving as the VP/Chief Operations Officer at Howie's Game Shack and various sales roles at Nortel Networks and Cisco. Overall, their work experience spans both the non-profit and technology sectors, with a focus on sales, leadership, and establishing heart-led organizations.

Paul Yankey's education history includes earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Biola University in 1992 and completing an MBA in Business from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business from 1997 to 1999. More recently, they pursued a Certificate in Business psychology from the University of Pennsylvania from 2020 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, Yankey has obtained various certifications, including being named an Honored Listee by Marquis Who's Who in 2023 and obtaining certifications from LivingWorks, Toastmasters International, Joe Sabah Academy, the Miller Heiman Group, and JB Consulting. Paul has also completed the SafeSport training from the U.S. Center for SafeSport and participated in the University of Pennsylvania's Positive Psychology course taught by Martin E. P. Seligman.
