Yolanda Garcia

Yolanda grew up and has been a part of the Whittier community for over 30 years. She has been an advocate for the community as an educator for students in the Whittier area and currently owns the art boutique and gallery, Casita del Pueblo, in Uptown. She also has been doing consulting work with the private and public sectors for over 10 years.
