Jessie Spector is an experienced leader in social justice and equity, currently serving as the Executive Director at Resource Generation since January 2012, where responsibilities include guiding a team to advocate for the equitable distribution of wealth, land, and power. Additionally, Jessie has held the position of Program Director for the Criminal Justice Initiative giving circle since December 2009 and is a donor-activist circle member of the Markham-Nathan Fund of Western Massachusetts since September 2009. As a founding board member of POOR Magazine and a Solidarity Board member for the Sylvia Rivera Law Project, both roles have been held since June 2009, showcasing a commitment to community and advocacy.
