Resource Innovations
Alison Thompson currently serves as the Equitable Electrification Lead at Resource Innovations, where responsibilities include coordinating equity-focused electrification programs aimed at providing clean energy solutions to underserved communities in California. Previous roles include Electrifying Research Program Assistant and Community Fellow at Rewiring America, where Alison co-authored a comprehensive whitepaper on community-scale electrification projects, and conducted research for various initiatives. Experience also encompasses operations and policy roles at Heal The Ocean, academic positions with the Yale Center for Business and the Environment, and contributions to environmental and climate communication efforts through the Yale Program on Climate Change Communication. Alison holds a Master of Environmental Management from Yale School of the Environment and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
