Nimesh Gadoya

Nimesh Gadoya has a strong background in finance and mergers and acquisitions. Nimesh has held various leadership positions throughout their career, starting as an Intern at Sparrow Wealth Management, Inc. in 2004. Nimesh then worked at Duff & Phelps Corporation in Valuation Advisory from 2005 to 2007, followed by Imperial Capital, LLC in Investment Banking from 2007 to 2010. Nimesh then joined Moelis & Company as an Investment Banking professional from 2010 to 2014, and later worked at Acumen in Investment from 2014 to 2015. Nimesh continued their finance career at Fenix International in Corporate Finance from 2015 to 2017, and then moved on to Univar in Corporate Development from 2018 to 2021. Most recently, Nimesh served as the VP of Strategy and M&A at Keypath Education from 2021 to 2022 and is currently working as the VP of Finance and M&A at Resource Innovations.

Nimesh Gadoya holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Computer Engineering from Lehigh University. Nimesh also possesses a Master of Science degree in Statistics from the same institution.
