Waqas Iftikhar

Waqas Iftikhar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail and operations management. Currently serving as a Convenience Retail Coach at Resource Linked since January 2020, Waqas is responsible for auditing Shell Select stores, implementing merchandising standards, and coaching site staff on operational excellence. Previous roles include Floor Manager at Green Valley, Billing Manager at various organizations, and managerial positions at Metro Cash & Carry and Makro Cash & Carry, where Waqas developed expertise in store operations, account management, and customer relationship management.
