Raj Kishor (RK)

RK has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies and roles. Raj started their career in 2010 as a Technical Recruiter at Abiscos Solutions Inc and later became a Lead Recruiter at Tekshapers Inc. In 2014, they joined InfiCare Software Technologies as a Sr. IT Recruiter/Team Lead. Raj then moved to Resource Logistics as a Talent Acquisition Lead and later transitioned to Lorven Technologies Inc as a TAG. In 2018, they joined Resource Logistics Inc as an Account Manager, where they are currently employed.

Raj Kishor (RK) obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Sales & Marketing from DRIEMS, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Utkal University, which they completed from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, RK has acquired several certifications, including "Manage Your External Workforce Program with SAP Fieldglass" from SAP, "Tech Recruitment Certified Professional" from DevSkiller, and "Advanced Lean Six Sigma Certification" from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in 2023 and 2022 respectively.
