Karolina Bertulis

Karolina Bertulis is an accomplished professional with a strong background in executive search and legal assistance. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Resource Management Group since June 2022, Karolina previously held roles as an Executive Search Associate and an Executive Search Research Intern. Prior experience includes working as a Teaching Assistant at Boston College Lynch School and an Undergraduate Intern at the Boston College Innocence Project, where valuable experience was gained in overturning wrongful convictions and assisting with legal documentation. Earlier roles at Equinox involved managing operations and client relationships in the Kids Club, where skills in conflict resolution and employee management were developed.
