Eric Lugenbell

Eric Lugenbell has extensive experience in customer service and order management across multiple industries. Since January 2017, Eric has served as a CS Supply Coordinator at ROi Resource Optimization & Innovation, focusing on processing and tracking medical supply shipments for hospitals and clinics. Concurrently, Eric has worked at Wyndham Vacation Ownership since May 2014, where responsibilities include providing superior customer service and assisting guests with trip planning. Prior experience includes a role as an Inbound Sales Representative at Expedia, Inc., where Eric excelled in hotel reservations and coaching coworkers to achieve performance goals, as well as customer support at Great Southern Bank. Eric holds a high school diploma from Crane High School, earned in 2000.
