Brittany Boyer

Brittany Boyer has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Brittany is currently the Vice President of Product at ReSource Pro. Prior to this, they worked as the Executive Director of Client Strategy at Y Media Labs, where they led multiple global teams and managed multi-million dollar revenue projects. Before that, they held various roles at State Farm, including Product, Technology, and Customer Experience Director, Web Product Manager, Innovation Manager, and Innovation Analyst. Brittany also worked as a Marketing Analyst, Bank Business Analyst, Auto Underwriter, Sales Representative, and Customer Service Representative. Additionally, they served as a Group Fitness Instructor at Fitness Connexion. Brittany is experienced in product management, digital strategy, team leadership, customer experience, and innovation.

Brittany Boyer attended Illinois Wesleyan University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Management & Psychology. In 2006, they took part in a study abroad program at Bond University, studying Business Management, Marketing, and Psychology. In terms of certifications, they became a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) through the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) in 2019 and obtained the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certification from The Institutes in 2011.
