Melissa Olsen

Melissa Olsen, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Manager of Total Rewards at ReSource Pro since March 2023. Previously, Melissa held the position of Senior Total Rewards Analyst at Public Consulting Group from October 2023 to January 2024, where responsibilities included aligning total rewards processes with organizational goals and managing benefits and compensation programs. From June 2021 to June 2023, Melissa was the Sr Global Benefits & Retirement Specialist at Quorum Software, successfully integrating benefits during a merger. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Director at Arrow Child and Family Ministries, leading HR initiatives, and enhancing processes, as well as holding HR leadership roles at St Dominic Village, MS Energy Services, and PrimeWay FCU. Education includes a BBA in Management from Texas Christian University and attendance at Klein Forest High School.
