Beth King

Beth King is an experienced professional in community management with a strong background in leadership and project management. Currently serving as a Licensed Community Manager at Resource Property Management since November 2021, Beth previously held multiple roles at Associa Gulf Coast, including North Regional Director of Community Managers and Director of the St Petersburg Office, where responsibilities encompassed mentoring, financial oversight, and training. Earlier career roles include Project Manager at Legacy Education Alliance, Program Manager at Rich Dad Education, and various positions at Senco Brands, Inc., where Beth excelled in project management and IT coordination.
