Afraz Siddiqui

Afraz Siddiqui is an experienced human resources professional with a strong track record in strategic HR leadership. As Vice President of Human Resources at Resource Solutions from August 2019 to August 2024, Afraz established the strategic vision for HR operations, led a dynamic team, and won the ‘Circle of Excellence Award’ in 2021. Previously, as Head of HRBP at Samsung R&D Institute India, Afraz transformed HR operations to enhance innovation, while notable contributions at Capgemini as Lead HRBP included managing the growth of the workforce from 500 to 1500 employees. Additional experience includes significant roles at SunGard and Kanbay, where foundational skills were developed in HR operations, employee relations, and talent management. Afraz holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Neville Wadia Institute of Management Studies and Research.
