Victor Poh

Victor Poh, CF APMP, is the Head of Bids for Recruitment Outsourcing in the APAC region at Robert Walters, where responsibilities include end-to-end bid management for all sales processes, content management, and case study creation. Victor has received the Robert Walters Group Top Achiever Award in 2022 and the RS 2023 Think Return Global Award. Previous roles at Robert Walters included APAC Bids Manager, Team Lead, and Lead Executive. Prior experience includes roles in regional projects at Ninja Van and consultancy positions at Capgemini, focusing on business process re-engineering and process automation. Victor holds an MSc in Management of Information Systems and Digital Innovation from The London School of Economics and a BSc in Business Studies from City, University of London, alongside other educational qualifications.
