Shannon Weaver

Shannon Weaver is the Regional Vice President at Beacon Hill Staffing Group. Shannon has over fifteen years of experience in the staffing industry and has been with Beacon Hill for six years. Prior to their current role, Shannon was the Branch Manager at Sapphire Technologies where they oversaw all technical recruiting, sales and operational functions of the downtown Chicago Branch. Shannon has also worked as a Technical Recruiter for Insight Global and as a National Chapter Consultant for Phi Mu Fraternity.

Shannon Weaver attended Flushing Senior High School and then Purdue University, where they earned a BS in Hospitality and Tourism Management/Sales and Marketing.

Shannon Weaver reports to Jeff McLaren, Managing Director and EVP, Executive Committee Member. Shannon Weaver works with Samantha Scott - Division Manager, Navjit Dang - Senior Recruiting Manager, and Tom Heyroth - Senior Business Development Manager.
