The Resource team is made up of experienced professionals in the field of recruiting, technology, and business. The team's CTO and co-founder come from a background of Guide, a company that was acquired by Gem. The team's CEO and co-founder have a Full-Stack Developer background from Tripstr and experience as a Product Manager from Quilt. The team also has a Head of Talent from Grooveshark and experience in people operations from Google.
