Kari Warner is the Vice-Chairperson and Secretary at Resourceful Nonprofit. Kari has over twenty years of experience in project management and was most recently employed at FosterThomas as the ADP Project Services PM / IC. Kari has also founded and served as the Executive Director at NEOGAP, a statewide project that improved social responsibility and environmental sustainability in energy exploration, resulting in the ultimate reform of Ohio Oil and Gas Law (2010). Kari has been appointed to Oil & Gas Rule-Making Work Group (SB 165) for the state by Ohio Department of Natural Resources Director, selected as Review Team Member representing citizen and environmental community for STRONGER Inc. Ohio Hydraulic Fracturing State Review 2011 (report below), chosen by MIT Center for Civic Media to regionally roll out pilot phase of citizen science online reporting tools (link below), and featured in "Fractivism | Corporate Bodies and Chemical Bonds" book authored by Sara Ann Wiley (link below).

Kari Warner has a Bachelor of Arts from Bowling Green State University and a certificate in diversity and inclusion for HR from Cornell University. Kari is also certified by the International Society of Sustainability Professionals as a Sustainability Associate.
